Dooley lands seventh-place finish in $20,000 Big One at Cochran Motor Speedway
Starting off the holiday weekend on Saturday, Matt Dooley made the haul to Cochran (Ga.) Motor Speedway to compete in the $20,000 Big One behind the wheel of the Barry Copeland-owned No. 98 machine.
With a whopping 45 602 Late Models at the track, Dooley recorded a third-place finish in his heat race which automatically locked himself into Saturday's A-Main.
For the $20,000-to-win finale, Dooley fell back to 16th early but used all 75-laps to his advantage and drove inside the Top-10 to seventh.
